Required Notice Information
Your notice must include all of the following:

- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner

Response Time
We review complete, valid notices promptly and typically respond within 48 business hours. Verified infringing listings may be removed or disabled while the matter is reviewed.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your listing was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@groupsoceans.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court (if outside India, the courts where GroupsOceans operates), and your signature. We may restore content after the statutory notice period if no court action is filed.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material may be permanently suspended in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) where applicable.
